Santiago Cueto, Senior Researcher at GRADE, joined the first day of the 11th at the eleventh meeting of the Global Alliance to Monitor Learning (GAML) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Santiago took part in the fourth session on the “Buyer’s Guide” and a virtual fund. Specifically, he discussed the update of a proposal for a virtual fund to coordinate and finance learning evaluations, as well as the vetting mechanism that would apply the eligibility criteria.
