Mariano Castro, director of our “Resilient and Just Amazon” initiative, will participate in the 4th Uruguayan Congress on Environmental Law, organized by the Uruguayan Ministry of the Environment, the Center for Environmental Law at the University of the Republic’s Law School, the Uruguayan Bar Association, the UN, and ECLAC.
During the opening session, Mariano will comment the opening address “Environmental Law at a Crossroads,” presented by Catherine Colombo, a member of the CDA-FDer/UdelaR and the Environmental Law Commission of the CAU at the Uruguayan Ministry of the Environment.
The three-day event will be held virtually.
