Our Senior Researcher María Balarin will join the conference Venezuelan migrant and refugee students in Peru: Data and evidence that challenge and commit us, held by UNESCO Peru’s +Diversity Program.
The conference aims to socialize information on the dynamics of educational inclusion of Venezuelan migrant and refugee population in the Peruvian education system obtained in the framework of the implementation of the +Diversity Program, valuing the contribution of specialized data, studies and good practices in schools, as inputs for informed decision making.
Maria will discuss the findings of the study “Educational inclusion of Venezuelan migrant students in public secondary schools in Lima and Trujillo” undertook by Gisele Cuglievan and Alvaro Ordoñez (UNESCO).
