Youth has been one of the hardest hit not only by the direct impact of COVID-19 on the lives of young people, their families or their communities, but also by a reduction of spaces, funding and opportunities to play an active role in the response and recovery process. To discuss this issue, the Consortium for Economic and Social Research (CIES) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Peru) organize a dialogue based on concrete examples of youth action in times of pandemic.
