Our Senior Researcher Lorena Alcazar is in New York attending various Southern Voice activities, a think tank network of which GRADE is a partner.
As a member of the Southern Voice’s Steering Committee, Lorena joined its first face-to-face meeting since 2019 to discuss the work of the network in the next couple of years.
Also, on the occasion of the 67th session of the Commission on the Status of Women CSW2023, she attended the event “A Digital Global Compact with a Gender Perspective: Priorities from the Global South”, organized by SV and the United Nations Foundation, and the presentation of the Basic Care Basket indicator, developed together with CIPPEC.
