Our senior researcher, Javier Escobal, will be joining the Growth and Social Inclusion Panel Discussion, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru and the World Bank, on Thursday, 21 July 2016.
According to the agenda, after the welcome from the World Bank, Jaime Saavedra, Minister of Education of Peru, will discuss the Education policies, progress, achievements and outcomes. Afterwards, it will take place the Review of lessons learned and challenges on the way to 2021 Panel featuring Javier Escobal; Paola Bustamante, Minister of Development and Social Inclusion; Jaime Saavedra; Máximo Torero, Director at the International Food Policy Research Institute; and Gustavo Yamada, Economist at the Universidad del Pacífico. The closing ceremony will be carried out by Ollanta Humala, President of Peru.
