GRADE’s researchers at international seminar on love, social networks and violence

Vanessa Rojas, Senior Researcher at GRADE; Katherine Sarmiento, Researcher at PUCP Gender Studies Research Group and consultant at GRADE, and Aranza Ballesteros, research assistant at GRADE, will join as discussant, speaker and chair, respectively, in the international seminar Love, social networks and violence, held by the Center for Sociological, Economic, Political and Anthropological Research (CISEPA), the Gender Studies Research Group and Pulso PUCP, of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), UNESCO, the European Union and the Spanish Cooperation.
On Friday, March 28, Vanessa Rojas will discuss on the table Interventions and policies for the prevention and response to gender violence in sex-affective relationships. On the same day, Aranza Ballesteros will chair the roundtable Love and Power: Between fluidity, attachment and violence. At the end of the day, Katherine Sarmiento will join the launch of the study: “Love and violence: The implications of romantic love and social networks for gender violence”.
