On the sidelines of the activities of the Congress of the Republic Commission for Investigating Sexual Abuses against Minors in Organizations, our Senior Researcher Hugo Ñopo, will be a speaker at the technical roundtable on the role of the Ministry of Education regarding teachers and private schools facing child sexual abuse.
In his remarks, Hugo will address three issues: the influence of labor informality in the enforcement of rules against child sexual abuse in private schools; the challenge of private teachers to ensure their presence at home and prevent child sexual abuse; and the relationship that exists versus the relationship that should exist between private schools and the Ministry of Education, with emphasis on the hiring of teachers and administrative staff, and the prevention of child sexual abuse.
This technical roundtable will be lead by the Head of the Comission, Congressman Alberto de Belaunde.
