Our senior researcher, Hugo Ñopo, discussed the abilities as pillars for human capital and development, as part of the release of CAF Report on Economics and Development 2016. The event, which addressed “Abilities for work and life: family, environment and labor world inputs”, took place on October 24th at Universidad del Pacífico. Also joined the panel: Jaime Saavedra, Minister of Education; Cayetana Aljovín, Minister of Development and Social Inclusion; Alfonso Grados, Minister of Labor and Promotion of Employment; and Gustavo Yamada, Director of Universidad del Pacífico Research Center.
