Our Senior Researchers, Santiago Cueto and Juan León—who is also a professor in the Department of Economics at PUCP—are in Marbach, Germany, participating in the conference “From Evidence to Action: Charting LEVANTE’s Roadmap to Make an Impact on Education Systems.” The event is part of the activities of the Learning Variability Exchange Network (LEVANTE), an initiative of the Jacobs Foundation.
As a member center of Cohort 2026, Santiago and Juan, together with Claudia Sugimaru and Katherine Sarmiento—an associate researcher and a GRADE consultant, respectively—will implement a longitudinal study that will follow Apprendemos participants, analyzing their development of skills and emotional traits, as well as the family and school factors associated with this.
