As a result of the regulatory change in the Essalud contributions of agro-exporting firms, the Instituto de Estudios de Economía del Trabajo (IEET) is organizing a panel on the Peruvian agro-exporting sector.
Eduardo Zegarra, senior researcher at GRADE, will be one of the panelists. He will be joined by Katy Guerra, former agricultural worker and neighborhood leader from Ica, and Walter Campos, representative of the workers’ federation FETSA, La Libertad. Fernando Cuadros, economist and former vice-minister of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, will be a speaker.
