Carmela Chávez joined a discussion of the Impacta youth network on the Peruvian university reform

“In all this discussion about what to do with licensing, there has not been an open consultation process with the main actors. There are universities that have not been consulted on this situation. […] We have no technical reports to support a change of this nature. In addition, we have a worrying silence on the part of the governing body regarding the changes in quality assurance in a context in which universities are being created as pop corn”.

Carmela Chávez, Associated Researcher at GRADE, joined the discussion “Universities licensed forever?”, organized by the network of Youth for Public Management – Impacta. During the event, the general panorama of university reform and future perspectives were discussed.
