Projects and Professional Development Unit

The Projects and Professional Development Unit identifies and generates research opportunities, executes projects and leads the professional training area of GRADE.

The projects executed by the UPDP are linked to the GRADE research areas and the main counterparts are public and private sector entities and multilateral organizations. Project management is based on the following principles:

  • Methodological rigor
  • Independence
  • Quality of the products
  • Knowledge generation

The professional development actions (courses, diplomas or other training actions) are aimed at experienced professionals who seek to specialize in development issues and are based on the following principles:

  • Academic rigor of the curriculum
  • High approval requirements
  • Good pedagogical practices
  • Planning and execution standards

    Evelyn has a degree in Social Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). At GRADE, she works as a Proposal Coordinator. Her functions include the search for research opportunities and calls for proposals, systematization of documents in the project system and support in project management.
